Delivery and Returns

Delivery Times

When buying a top quality product you want the specifications and finish options to meet your exact requirements.  As a result, most of our products are made to order and delivery times given are an estimate.

Order Cancellation 

Made to order products cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of your order  being placed.  


Delivery prices quoted on the website are for delivery to the mainland UK only.  Please contact us for prices if you require delivery to be elsewhere.

When dispatching items we will use Tuffnells who is our preferred courier of choice, but on occasion we will use other couriers.  When it is a bespoke chair order, the manufacturer may send directly to the end user, using there own preferred courier.

On Delivery

Please check the goods on delivery.  In the case of signed goods, if there is signs of damage or tampering to the box you should sign ‘damaged’ or ‘unchecked’.  

Please unpack the goods as soon as received as any damage must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.


Bespoke products are ordered specially for you and so cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an item to us for any reason other than a fault, you must call us within 48 hours of receipt of item and explain the reason for the return. All orders returned must be in original packaging and in a saleable condition, without any marks from use.  You will need to arrange a courier to deliver the item back to us at your own cost. The return delivery charge will not be refunded.  Please note you will be responsible for the item until we can confirm receipt at our premises.  We recommend using a trackable service with the courier.

We can also in some cases except returns as follows by prior arrangement:

  • You can bring the item with proof of purchase to our showroom at 24 Andover Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 2TJ.
  • Within the Gloucestershire border we can arrange a collection of the item at an additional charge.

Faulty Items

If you feel the item you have received is faulty please contact us as soon as possible and explain what the fault is.  Once the fault is identified we will ask you to return the item to us and reimburse your return costs once we have inspected and confirmed the item has a fault.  A replacement item or part will be sent out to you ASAP. 

Chair assembly and set up

With in Gloucestershire we offer a free delivery, assembly and set up service, although you are welcome to collect from our showroom if you prefer.

Delivery and set up may be available for other areas subject to quotation.
